Tidbit: About 880 times a month do a Google search for the phrase, secret shoper. Though it's misspelled... I can see that happening because I make typos, due in large part to my aging computer's keyboard (and aging fingers?). This keyboard is particularly disruptive in the morning. I have to press
especially hard. Then again, it could be that in the morning my fingers are weak... until I get my coffee... 2 cups.
