If you have Windows XP, do this: Start-All Programs-AI Roboform-TaskBar Icon. Or, it may already be on your Start menu.

A robot looking icon should now be in your lower right taskbar/tray (left of the computer's clock). If not, you may have to click Window's task bar arrow to widen the tray view.

Now, when you get to a survey company's sign up form, you can simply click the Roboform TaskBar Icon and scroll up to Fill Forms and then click Fill Forms (that's if you already have set up an Identity). Of course, you have to choose the proper Identity you want to use (if you have more than one Identity).

Note: If you go to edit a form that's previously been filled in, before you get there you may wish to temporarily disable Roboform (TaskBar-Disable)... so it doesn't overwrite anything.
